An ant decodes one pheromone molecule into a fixed action instantly, because the meaning lives in a decoder it already carries, not in the molecule. Jeffrey Michael Johnson rebuilt that idea for AI agents: install a shared decoder, the Antenna, into every agent once, and each behavioral rule becomes a roughly 1-token code that blooms into a full protocol. It is the research arm of GBuild, the macOS app that orchestrates a fleet of AI coding agents, where agent context is the scarcest resource.
